INTRODUCTION
The University of Limerick (UL) Graduate Entry Medical School (GEMS), established in 2007, is Ireland’s first graduate-entry medical school. The 4-year MB BCh BAO program is designed for students with a prior undergraduate degree, focusing on problem-based learning (PBL), early clinical exposure, and advanced medical training. UL GEMS has strong partnerships with leading Irish hospitals and international research institutions, providing excellent career prospects for students worldwide.
